01. The order

How do I find a product?

You can use the search bar at the top of the page to type in product names, keywords, or categories like graphic tankt top or sweatshirt, or oversized fit. You can also browse by collection, color, or size using our navigation menu.

Can I save products to my wishlist?

Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

02. Shipment

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor delivery progress.

03.Payment Information

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Can I use a coupon code?

Yes! You can enter valid discount codes during checkout. Only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

What happens if my payment fails?

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

How do I return an item?

Email support@acureva.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide step-by-step instructions and a return address.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We suggest returning the item and placing a new order for the correct size or color to ensure faster service.
